Vermont Humane Lobby Day

Do you care about animals and the passage of laws to protect them from abuse? Then join us for Humane Lobby Day on Tuesday, February 13th, the biggest day of the year for animals in Vermont!

Sponsored by the Humane Society of the Unites States and the Vermont Humane Federation, this event is the one day when animal advocates band together to speak with legislators about strengthening animal cruelty laws and policies and supporting the critical work of local humane societies and rescues that serve our communities. This year our priority bills include legislation to end wildlife hunting competitions, prohibit breed-specific dog bans, improve shelter standards for livestock, and require the use of non-animal testing methods for consumer products. Humane Lobby Day is your chance to show how much animals mean to you and to advocate for laws that will improve their lives.

RSVP today to make big changes for animals in your state!  Last day to register is February 9th.
